Cancer is not the only the bad effect of smoking cigarettes but also bad breath, yellow teeth giving you a bad smile and of course no one wants to be around someone who breath simply has an odor. People who smoke are more immune to gum disease. Smoking can cause stains that are either yellow or brown on the teeth. Smoking cigarettes can lead to heart disease. If you are someone who smokes you are more likely to have a stroke. There are several other lifelong damages that smoking causes which includes fertility problems, risk of type 2 diabetes, and vision problems. Smoking cigarettes has so many bad effects which is my point to you that you should never smoke! No matter the influence or stress never pick up a cigarette or any tobacco drug.

Cigarette is also known as a stimulant to some people because of the nicotine that is inside cigarettes. Like I mentioned the nicotine is what causes the addiction to cigarettes or any drug containing it. “People may associate smoking with feeling less anxious, but this is only because it temporarily relieves the unpleasant symptom of nicotine withdrawal ( Cancer Research UK)” which is why once the nicotine is in your body it can be difficult to stop the addiction to it. When you smoke, these chemicals can damage your lungs but also pass into your blood and spread through your body. Smoking can affect every part your body-from your skin to your brain (British Lung Foundation).” For a healthy life and body start with never picking up a cigarette or any drug.
